5. Shipping and Delivery

Board Haven offers shipping services across Canada. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Board Haven is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in their original condition. Digital products and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.

You and Board Haven agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Board Haven to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
